- They are ideal if you primarily breathe through your nose.
- The airflow they provide is more natural than the airflow from nasal pillows.
- They are better than nasal pillows if you need a high pressure setting.

- They aren't ideal if you primarily breathe through your nose.
- They can create additional discomfort if you have allergies or a cold.
- They can cause irritation if the mask is too tight.
