*Returns are accepted on any unopened or unused merchandise for a refund or an exchange. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be applied for any return, not related to warranty/mechanical issues. Once packaging is opened, items cannot be returned.

CPAP Liquidators does not reimburse shipping costs on returns related to refund or exchanges, if your order was shipped to you through our free shipping service. Any refund issued will not include our cost to ship your order to you.

Requests for the return of CPAP/BIPAP devices because of issues not related to mechanical failure like "the blower is too loud for me", etc. will not be accepted for refund; we do however offer a replacement device in this instance.

CPAP Liquidators will also not reimburse any shipping charges assessed for International orders, if that order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery. It is also the responsibility of the international customer to understand all GST duties, fees, VAT taxes etc, associated with importing this type of equipment to your country. 

If an order is placed using PayPal for payment, and the order is cancelled prior to shipment, the amount will be refunded less the processing fees. CPAP Liquidators does not receive a refund for processing fees even after transactions are refunded. The 15% restocking fee will not be applied.
