Breas Q-Lite In-Line CPAP Muffler
- The Qlite is an inline CPAP muffler that helps mitigate the wind noise one may hear in the mask.
- The Qlite has replaced the original Q-tube. It is lighter and does not contain any replaceable parts.
- The Qlite is designed specifically for use with Breas’ Heat Moisture Exchange Unit (HME) (and other similar non-water based heat moisture exchange devices).
- Qlite is not compatible with heated tubing or heated humidifiers. Qlite is compatible with all sleep apnea units that do not include the humidifier.
- To clean the Qlite, rinse with water, do not use soap, and allow to completely air dry before using again.
- Qlite is placed between the CPAP and the CPAP hose.
- An 8″ flex hose (included) is connected to the CPAP followed by the Qlite and the CPAP hose.
- When cleaning the CPAP tube, disconnect the Q-lite.
- Examine the Q-lite for cracks or breaks in the plastic and replace as necessary.
