For their newest product line, the AirSense 10 offers the lowest failure rate of any manufacturer. The ResMed AirSense 10 Auto CPAP System offers built-in cellular (Bluetooth) technology, allowing for unprecedented connectivity. AutoRamp also now includes 'sleep onset detection,' which delivers a low pressure to assist the user in falling asleep. Only when you fall asleep does the AirSense comfortably ramp up the pressure to ensure the ideal pressure level when you need it.

This is a lower-hour used CPAP machine with a 6-Month, in-house warranty. This product comes equipped with new Slim (standard) tubing, new filters, and new water chamber.

Replaced an older Philips Resperonics with this. The refurbished ResMed looked and performed like new. It is smaller,

I LOVE the auto adjust feature. Saved me from having to do another sleep study to get correct numbers. The AirSense ramp up is very nice as well. Rather than like a 2 step like Philips it gradually ramps up (quickly gets to say, level 2-3 then slowly ramps up to 6 over several minutes). It just feels really comfortable

I’m very happy with my Airsence Cpap auto set. They delivered it quickly and they contacted me several time to see if I had any questions? It looks brand new. Saved me a lot of money since my old machine broke. I didn’t wNt to go through all the hassle to get one through my insurance com.
Highly recommended.

Looks like new and works like new. So far I good. It has a one year garentiie which half that of a new one but is close to half the price of a new one. So it all works out to the good. My old on had over 7k houres on it before bitten the dust. That's the one insurance paid for. It still works but has a wine. Most people don't put that many hours on one. This is the second one I've gotton. I still have the other one and works fine but I needed a backup. I got the other one about 6 years ago.

I ordered my Refurbished ResMed S10 AirSense Autoset CPAP and received it in less than a week. The unit looks great and I am very happy with it. It is so quiet compaired to my older CPAP. The auto-sensing temperature, humidity and pressure is incredible. It is so much easier to start my night at 4 cc H2O and the CPAP automatically adjusts to my sleeping habits. No sleep study is needed for this unit. After I turn off the unit in the morning, it gives me my total time of last nights use (sleep), the hourly average stop breathing events per hour and the average cc H2O pressure the unit operated at. I purchased this CPAP to save money and I did not need to get a new sleep study and prescription. I have had two sleep studies in the past and I already know I have sleep apnea. You will not be disappointed.

The unit is affordable, easy to use, effective, and makes almost no noise. I just recently went on vacation with multiple stops, and packing it and setting it up was really quick and easy. I'm really happy with the purchase and the entire buying experience.
