The ResMed AirSense 10 Auto CPAP System offers built-in cellular (Bluetooth) technology, allowing for unprecedented connectivity. AutoRamp also now includes 'sleep onset detection,' which delivers a low pressure to assist the user in falling asleep. Only when you fall asleep does the AirSense comfortably ramp up the pressure to ensure the ideal pressure level when you need it.

This is a lower-hour used CPAP machine with a 6-Month, in-house warranty. This product comes equipped with new Slim (standard) tubing, new filters, and new water chamber.

Received the machine in less then one week even though it was scheduled to arrived later. Machine was packaged well and like new condition. It only had 14 hours of used logged on the machine. Been using it for the pass few nights and works well. For almost half the cost it is well worth it. I am so glad I stumbled on this website and took a chance.

My old CPAP started making a loud whining noise. I disassembled the unit, cleaned, and reassembled. Better but still had to wear ear plugs to sleep. I found CPAP Liquidators on-line. The purchase was easy and quick. Fast shipping. Unit arrived in good shape, in fact, it looked like new! Put it right to work and I am enjoying a quiet night's sleep again. A nice savings and good service. Thank you so much!!

I had no idea these newer machines were so quiet. I had an older ResMed model. I can not even hear anything with this ResMed S10. Saved a bundle buying the refurbished one.

The machine looks new. it was very well packed for shipping.

Great results. Machine had less hours than advertised and has a 1 year warranty versus the 6 months the other people offer. Fast and friendly people to work with.

I needed a second AirSense10 to use at summer cottage. The unit had very low hours and looked brand new. Copied all the settings from my existing unit and it worked the same. Find the APAP results in more natural pressure than previous CPAP. Very satisfied with how it was packed with new hoses and water reservoir.
