For their newest product line, the AirSense 10 offers the lowest failure rate of any manufacturer. The ResMed AirSense 10 Auto CPAP System offers built-in cellular (Bluetooth) technology, allowing for unprecedented connectivity. AutoRamp also now includes 'sleep onset detection,' which delivers a low pressure to assist the user in falling asleep. Only when you fall asleep does the AirSense comfortably ramp up the pressure to ensure the ideal pressure level when you need it.
This is a lower-hour used CPAP machine with a 6-Month, in-house warranty. This product comes equipped with new Slim (standard) tubing, new filters, and new water chamber.

Great Machine
I needed a second AirSense10 to use at summer cottage. The unit had very low hours and looked brand new. Copied all the settings from my existing unit and it worked the same. Find the APAP results in more natural pressure than previous CPAP. Very satisfied with how it was packed with new hoses and water reservoir.

Couldnt be happier
I had been dreading buying a new cpap for several years. My old machine started having issues so I decided to take a chance with cpapliquidators. I'm so glad I did. The S10 gives me a much better nights sleep. It was hundreds of dollars cheaper than buying a new one. The machine I got appeared to be brand new. They set my machine up before they shipped it so it was ready to go on the first night. I couldn't be happier. Great service + great machine = happy customer

My ResMed S10 Autoset was brand new in every way but the 40 or so hours recorded on the unit computer. The price was slightly more than half of what I'd expect to pay elsewhere. All manuals, new/sealed accessories, carry bag, etc. in perfect condition and ready to go. I try not to use hyperbole, but I was ecstatic. It arrived within a week of ordering. Thank you for giving someone on a tight budget (that's needed a machine for almost 25 years) affordable access to life saving, top-of-the-line technology. This company is a blessing.

Works great!
I have had this machine for about a week now and it has worked flawlessly so far. No issues at all with it yet in terms of functionality, I will come back later and write another review after some time, but so far so good! The only thing worth mentioning is that this machine did not have an auto-on/auto-off feature like my previous rental machine, but not that big of a deal to hit the on/off button manually.

Oh silent night..
My old unit was an early model Remstar. It was big, bulky and noisy. It had almost no user interface with the exception of the power button. In contrast, this unit is small, light weight, and loaded with features to make dialing in a great night's sleep easily achievable. Wondering what the next generation holds?

So Quiet!
My old machine was almost 10 years old and I decided enough was enough. After looking at different reviews, I settled on the ResMed S10, I purchased the refurbished model to save a few dollars and both my husband and I couldn't be happier! Sometimes the old machine would hiss so loud it would wake both of us up, I was constantly waking up and adjusting the mask. I know it's only been a few days but the difference is amazing! This machine is so quiet. I like the water tank design too. Easier to fill and clean. Can't tell it's a refurb model, looks like new! Very pleased!
